My office represents people in the criminal courts of the Greater Toronto Area and other regions throughout Ontario, according to client needs.
My office deals with all criminal charges, and any other challenges that the police or the Crown may present: bail, trials, appeals, return of seized property, and beyond.
The types of cases my office has successfully handled in the GTA and beyond include but are not limited to matters of:
- Violence – ‘domestics’, aggravated assault, causing bodily harm, common assault
- Driving – impaired/’Over 80’, refuse sample, dangerous/careless operation
- Sex Crimes – sexual assault/interference, ‘historical’ allegations (rape, incest, gross indecency), prostitution
- Drugs – smuggling (‘importation’), marijuana grow operations/drug labs (‘production’), trafficking substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime, conspiracy

The practice has also now expanded into the area of civil litigation for lawsuits against the police/authorities in certain cases.
My office can assist in many different types of proceedings including bail hearings, bail reviews, trials by judge alone, trials by judge and jury, conviction and sentence appeals to all levels of Ontario courts and to the Supreme Court of Canada, Applications for restoration of seized property/assets, and any other matters in which the Crown or Police are encroaching on the liberty or security or property of a private person or organization.
